Annual General Meeting

OCA's Annual General Meeting provides our membership with an opportunity to practice their democratic rights, have a voice, participate in learning and professional development opportunities and network with other co-operative organizations within our membership. 




This year's AGM will be held on Thursday, October 18th at the Springfield Golf & Country Club in Guelph ON.

The AGM is free for all our members to attend, but pre-registration is required. Breakfast will served during the networking/registration period prior to the business meeting. Lunch will be served immediately after the meeting.



8:00 to 9:00am - Registration and Networking Breakfast Reception

9:00 to 10:30am - Business Meeting

10:30 to 10:45am - Coffee/tea Break

10:45am to 12:00pm - Professional Development Session

 12:00 - 1:00pm - Lunch




For our delegates who require accommodations in Guelph, we recommend the Fairfield Inn and Suites or the Staybridge Suites, both of which are located within a ten minute drive to the AGM venue.
