Annual General Meeting
Our AGM is a wonderful opportunity to learn about what we have been up to and what’s on the horizon for the coming year, while engaging in the democratic process of the co-operative.

This is a FREE event, but pre-registration will be required.

Only Member-Owners are eligible to vote in the election, on motions, and on resolutions. If you are a Member-Owner, you are required to complete the online Delegate Form.
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Having a board that is composed of people with diverse skills, experience, backgrounds and perspectives is important to OCA. We are seeking candidates with a passion for co-operatives and a belief in our mission.
This year's AGM will include an election to the Board of Directors. Details will be provided in the coming months.​

You can view our Board Nomination Package, which includes detailed information and forms. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, you will be required to complete and return all the required forms to us by proposed deadline.
CALL FOR RESOLUTIONS
Members are also asked to submit a Resolution if they so choose. You will be asked to submit a Resolution by the proposed deadline.
